Default 4l60 with n2o. Shifting

I have a 2000 camaro. I have a decently built trans and a tci conv. On the sray it shifts great on the 1-2 shift, but then 2-3 shift it hits the rev limiter then shifts. It does not do this at all on just a motor pass. The spray is set up wet and on a full throttle switch. Let me know if you guys have any suggestions, or tips.

LS motor? If so you may need to adjust your command shift mph down a few mph for the spray. I dont know about your trans but on the LS series when you go WOT the commanded shift is based on MPH. You are probably getting to that MPH to fast on the juice and your tranny doesnt have time to react.

Tuning will help it like mentioned. I used to use my window switch to quit the spray a few hundred rpms before shift rpm to remedy it before I could get the tune.

The car is a ls1. It has a base tune. For shift points speedo. It was done by speed inc.

There you go. If you can get into your tune turn the command shift mph down by about 2-6 mph and it should fix the problem. I had this same issue when I changed my cam. The car would bounce the rev limiter on the 2-3. I backed the command mph down and it cleared the problem up. It may "short" shift when you run it N/A but only by a little.

My car does the same exact thing. 1-2 shift is fine then the 2-3 shift bounces off the rev limiter once or twice then shifts. Its only when im spraying the car. Speed inc told me $70 to change the shift points.

If you have a tuner it would take about 2 minutes.

$70 for 2 minutes of work is a little too much for me. I would rather pay somebody local with the software to do it for cheap.
