What brand stall and is this done with a 4l60e?

It looks like the shorter gears and large stall didn't affect your 138 trap on bottle at all. Your car is moving on both, motor and bottle for stock cubes!

Good to know. Mine comes up 8 inches or so and carries them like 40 ft. I have no idea when/what power level it started doing it because it wasn't violent at all. I couldn't tell anything was amiss. First time I knew something was up it was because one of my buddies finally saw it and was flipping out.

This year I'm going to have to mess with the converter and gear to get it working with a new cam and much more nitrous. I found out when I called Yank that for some reason they spec'ed me a converter for a much more aggressive combo for whatever reason. That's what's kept it calm so far. We're also going to throw the TB at it to try and keep the car more consistent with the new combo. All things combined I think it's going to be more violent, in a bad way....

Yep....best thing I put on my car. No more wheelies, well for the most part but it also dropped my 60ft keeping the front end down.

Limiters are already on there, I just did not have them locked down all the way. They were set for 2.5 inches of travel. Actually it was the same setup I went with on my 9.98 run at MIR last spring. The limiters and shocks were exactly the same setting. I just missed the fact the track was working so well! I am also checking to make sure one of my shocks as not gone bad!!

Yes I did, I do not plan on that ever happening again!

Yup... I bought my k-member from a guy local to you who had already welded the tabs on the a-arms (guy's name was Conrad if I remember correctly).

I just need to stop being lazy and call and get the rest of the package.

Good looking car. Your doing a good job driving it. Like suggested above get some travel limiters and see your time improve even more.

Thanks Dave! I already have limiters as stated above I just plain missed the tune up for the nitrous run! As I stated in my first post this was no fun at all and I am just glad the car and I made it out OK!

I have earned a huge respect for this small dry nitrous shot for sure!

We run less than 1" of travel and it still will go to the bumper sometimes.
A 1/4" difference here or there will make it go strait up or stay down.

We have timing out early to help with this also.

We are also going to try to hook up an OH **** button to put on the steering wheel that will pull 10* out to set it down easy and not cost so much time like it does when you have to pedal it.

I have my limiters the same way. Its funny what little change will make it want to go on the bumper...even 50 psi difference in bottle pressure. I thought about the same button but I was going to have it cut off the nitrous vs pulling more timing. I like the timing the idea better, and is actually easy to do in my car.

You have to pedal it before it goes that high.

Been there done it .... the more wheelies you do the better at catching them you get.

Looks like a tough setup to beat!!
That thing is a monster, and I hope you get her dialed in with a clean pass to see what she will really pull off!!
