Hi guys my name is Brad and I am from Australia. I have been reading a lot of info on this site about spark plugs. I have a LS1 with a mid size cam, stock heads and stock bottom end. I have been spraying a 200hp dry shot for the last 4yrs on the TR6 plugs and not had any problems. After reading thru a few threads on here it got me thinking that perhaps I should run a colder plug on my new engine which is LS3. It will be a similar combo to my current LS1 only with a bigger camshaft.
I have run consistant low 10 sec 1/4's with the LS1 setup and I am looking for a 9 sec pass with the new combo. Also the car will be street driven a fair bit as it is 400 km's to my nearest 1/8th and 800 km's to my nearest 1/4. Will I be able to run the colder plugs N/A with out too many problems?

for 200 shot you will need NGK BR8EF ( 4 step colder ) and gap them @ 0.35"
And BTW, any pics or videos of your build ? .. I know Australianz always do it right when in it comes to LSx ENGINES ..
