I've looked with both Explorer and Google Chrome and I don't see the pictures.

Would that type of setup work on either an Edelbrock Victor or Pro-Flo XT?

Would use a similar system on both of those. We would use distribution blocks tho in place of the rails. Here is a better idea of what yours would look like on a similar intake:
