Today i went to my local track an in my 01 c5 vette a4,with the 125 shot nx kit i ran 11.69 at 123mph on street tires all stock engine an trans 315 gears...temp outside was bout 80 degress hope in winter picks up few tenths...but im super happy at the moment talk about a sleeper lol...

my c5 ran 11.7 without a tune and nitrous. (lots of other work though)

too bad I wont run nitrous till next year

they are firestone firehawk wide ovals 30psi in em an i can dead hook on street or track i love em....an i raced a guy at track with 02 ws6 ram air he had heads an cam car an stall on bfg drags an he kinda laughed when i was paired to run him,he wasnt laughin when the pass was over he ran a 12.01 an i hit the 11.6 got him pretty bad treed him really well....hope in winter to get sum low 11s gotta do stall an drag radials n future maybe but i love the sleeper look an the o you on street tires look i gettin ha my 60ft was a 1.88 by the way..rolled out an hit the button right at 2500rpm

 

i wouldnt use the nitrous under 3000 rpms. its a very big no no.

your not worried about destroying your output shafts with drag radials?

 

Ugh, u can spray earlier than 3k just not below 2500rpm in my book,an no prob wont ever have drag radials or stall to be honest i was just saying....an i use to spray my 02 mustang gt at 2500rpm for 3yrs no problems, sold car an now is driven every day to work by a principal at a high school lol.... an i roll out few an wait til it gets to 2500 to hit the button....

thanks guys, my other pass that day was an 11.78et at 121mph spun a littl on take off an lost a little in the 60ft...but was still pleased...
