Agreed, .025" is too tight! .035-.040" would be preferred!

I have my br7ef plugs gapped at .032. They have been in my car for 5k and I have yet to foul one. I do alot of stop and go traffic and with the ms3 cam, so its not your ordinary stop and go. I have a good 5+ bottles through them as well. I am going to change them real soon anyways to new br7ef's.

for the first few bottles I put through the car, I changed them after every bottle. I was putting new plugs in it every other week. Always checking them after a run to see how they were burning etc. After all that, I stopped doing it and have yet to foul one. I thought I was on the rich side, but I guess not. Im only running 21* of timing too.

i run them on my car with no adverse reactions whatsoever had the in for 5,000 miles and about 4 bottles. Also put them in a buddies lt1 that i did the nitrous install on, he has had no problems either.
