My buddy has a TNT kit with the 90mm power ring and all accessories that come with it. It also has a MSD window switch. I assume its the F1 kit but not positive. The kit only has 3 bottles through it. He will let me have it all for $300. Pretty good deal?

 

That is a very cheap price for the system, but what are you looking at doing? How much spray etc.

 

I would like to spray whatever it takes to run a 10 second pass and then put the 100 jets in it and be done with it. My car is a 99 ss M6 with pretty much every bolt on, Ms4 cam and Moser 9 inch with 4.11 gear.

 

What does your car run now on the motor?

 

Not sure. it went 7.9 at 94mph in the 1/8th with stock 10 bolt and 3.42 gear leaving at idle with a 2.0 60 foot. I imagine it will go 7.6 or so in 1/8th now or so. maybe faster. I would imagine high 11's or so in 1/4. maybe as low as a 11.8. I haven't ran it with the 9 inch yet.

 

I had a tnt power ring f1 kit on my SS.....by far my favorite kit ever. Hit hard and really all i can say is i loved it. I will be searching high and low to find one for the mustang when i have the money.

 

100hp should be close to getting you there is you run 7.6's as is. 150hp no problem should have it covered.

I think the power ring can get you there. I would not use there jetting however. There shot rated at a 150hp is a straight 200hp.

 

ya the kits awsome i just bought one, im spraying the 100 shot and it hits really hard, so the jet sizing they tell you is rated for a 200 shot? they rate the 150 shot at 25fuel and 46nitrous

 

On a single nozzle, we have a 41/22 as a 75 shot.

So on a dual nozzle setup that is closer to a 175hp. I think I have seen different jetting for them. I talked with a customer very recently that has 52n jets in each nozzle for a rated 150hp shot.

Also I am not trying to knock the system. I have just seen guys hurt parts because of the jetting. The power ring is not too bad, especially for when it was made.

i run the power ring and had it for years with no issues. the hp was very clost to rating with the tq being crazy. when i was running 12.2 n/a i went 10.8 on a 150 shot and a m6.
if the 150 is a 200 shot,what is the 100?
