HSW No Longer a Vendor??
May be because Nitrous Outlet is taking over 
, one of those guys are always on answering questions so it's not surprising. I've noticed HSW fading away recently, still one of the best out there though.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say their crappy customer service finally caught up with them. Since Nitrous Outlet provides such great customer service, I'd say many users from this board and others alike made the switch or decision to go with them. I know I did
The customer service after the sale is what does it for me.
How you treat the customer after he/she has dumped their hard earned money into your hands to get a product and still get support after they have bought it is a very rare thing these days.
I bought 2 stage plate system from Nitro Dave and I received a call that they were out of a certain part of the kit and would ship it as soon as it would come in. When the part did come in i received another call to tell me it is being shipped as we speak and to expect it in a day or two. Now that is customer service. Not to just hand over money and hope or try to expect your item will get to you.
I had the same experience with TSP and I made 4 calls to them about a rotating assembly I bought and each time got the best service I have seen in awhile. Just for that both of these companies have earned a long-time repeat customer.

It was difficult to get a hold of HSW. I know they only had two guys answering tech questions. I have their entire setup minus the plate. Whenever I get the money together I think I will be going with NO plate setup. HSW seemed to be big on here for a while then kinda faded away. Hopefully I can still get a hold of them when I try to figure out the Microedge/interface.
