I'm really new to the whole Nitrous scene, so bear with me. I've got a 02 WS6, M6 that has long tube headers, true dual exhaust and SLP lid. I'm thinking about adding a Nitrous plate system to the car, but want to know if I should do a cam before the Nitrous? My plan is to eventually add a cam, so would doing Nitrous first be a mistake? Thanks for the help guys.

 

Nitrous will be just fine before the cam. Unless you are getting into big shots 250+ cam choice is not effected much weather you are on nitrous or not.

Juice it and you will be happy.

 

That's kind of what I thought, but wanted to make sure. I don't plan on spraying more than a 150 shot, but once I get a cam, I'll probably drop it down to a 100 shot due to having a stock short block.

 

you'll be fine running the cam and 150 shot. and yes if you want to do nitrous first, it'll be a much easier way of adding a lil oomph

 

Nitrous is deffinitely more fun, then add the cam later!
