Default Another spark plug??

Have a 418ci ls3/l92, t/s l92 heads, etc. My car has been tuned with the stock plugs tr6. I put the BR7efs in and made some pulls on the dyno and lost some power N/A and on the 150 shot. Lost about 15hp and about 20ish tq n/a. I put the BR7 in so we could try the 250 shot out but never tryed it. Will it need to be retuned for that spark plug. What plug can i run so that i don't have to change plugs between the 150/250 shot??

no you will not need to be retuned for the plug change, i would get that 7 out of there and run at least an 8, i would run a 9 but thats me......you should not loose that much power maybe 5 at the most per heat range colder.

you should be fine with the 8 in there for both hits, whats the compression?

Same dyno. It usually makes 670rwhp,782rwtq on the 150. That day it only made 640ish/hp. Had good bottle pressure. With the stock plug on the 150 it would pull all the way to 7000. For some reason it was sputtering about 5000+ with the br7.

You can only compare numbers if they are back to back pulls. In another words make a pull, change plugs and make a pull again..

What is the compression of your motor?

The Br7 is to hot of a plug for a 250 shot...

You need to put the plug you plan to run in the head and N/A tune on that plug..

Gap was @ 34-35. Compression is 11:6:1. We was short on time when we was there, they was closing so i did not get to change plugs and make anymore pulls. So what plug should i run and i will get the motor retuned..

Get it tuned by someone who knows what the hell they are doing.
If they tuned it with TR6 in it then change tuners.

700hp nitrous motor with TR6's in it.

TR6 are like one step colder than stock. I drove TR8's all summer never fouled them.

As long as your tune is fine you should have no issue with fouling them
