Default nitrous question

I have an lt1 396 all forged with eagle and srp piston. it has 11:1 compression, but i had the dart heads milled and used impala ss head gasket so i am thinking the compression is around 11:5 compression are a little higher. my question is how much spray would you safely put on the motor. Not trying to blow it up but dont want to leave nothing on the table.

Well without knowing everything about you motor I would say you could spray a 150HP shot without problems.

Does the block have splayed caps?
The crank and rods are eagle? H beam or I beam?
What is the ring gap? What rings?
Head bolts or head studs? ARP?
What ignition?
What does the fuel system consist of?
What does your nitrous system consist of?
