How much improvement from 150 to a 200?

I would be very careful about spraying a 250hp through a nozzle. You need to make sure that the nozzle has no way to move at all during the time the kit is active, and make sure the distribution is close enough to make it live. I am willing to bet you are giving up some power using the nozzle by having to tune it soft enough for the hot cylinders to live.
Are you seeing any distribution issues on jet you are on now?

Hey to address your questions,
1. Yes our plate system can work with the NX solenoids. We sell the plate conversion for that. They include the plate and jetting for 50-100-150-200. Or you could find a use plate. Whatever you would like to do.
2. As far as being better. I will tell you that the plate will definitely atomize better than the nozzle ever will. Any time that any of our customers want to go over 150 we recommend that they do it with a plate and not a nozzle.
3. If your compression is stock with no head work then your plug choice will be good with BR7EF. If you have played with compression or head change you might look into going with BR8EF. Seeing that you are making 4XX on motor with 200 shot BR7EF's at 32-33 gap would be fine.

This section years ago and still some times recently used to give horrible advice to people like, "just use a TR6 it will be fine because my sisters brothers cousin made 1000rwhp in his vette with TR6's."
Non projected tip plugs have been around for decades and are the standard in any forced induction or nitrous set-up.
I use B8EFS on my 200 shot tune-up and will probably going to 9's when I get it leaned out and start stepping up the tune-up.
I would for sure start with an 8 heat range on a 200 shot. Might have to lean it out at idle a little to keep them idling the same.
