Torque seems low for 100 shot. Both my cars that had a bottle picked up 150rwtq on 100shot.

No, but if your tune is right and you have a basic understanding of how to follow instructions on how to shut your car down and read a plug or at least take pictures of them to put on here then you can safely run 150 all day long and 200 easily.

No offense to you and no offense to your tuner if he is your friend, but you need a new tuner.

You are leaving so much on the table running it rich and running rich on nitrous is way worse than running it lean because 9/10 when people run them rich they run them over timed and that can cause a melt down just as quick and easily as going too lean and too much timing.
First graph was old tune

could probably run a 100 dry shot on that tune and still be rich.

After I made that post I thought about it some and I was starting to lean closer to that first sheet being the old motor tune.

Did he lean it out any on motor before making any pulls? I am just worried how rich your car might be running at WOT.

I could almost guarantee if you leaned it out to the range I spoke of it would pick up at least 50ft lbs. and quite possibly more.

I would also think you would be around 360-365ft lbs. of torque and 380rwhp. What are the cam specs?

This is what the car made i showed the tunner the old dyno and he told me it was terrible tune.
Im a little bit confused on my rwtq numbers I would of thought they would have been alot more
Old Tune 355 RWHP 353RWTQ
New numbers NA 412.8 RWHP 387.9RWTQ
New numbers On 100 shot 500.03 RWHP 486.7 RWTQ

231/237 .598 .598 114

The nitrous graph is a little lazy. How much timing are you pulling and how much bottle pressure are you running? It also looks like you arn't spraying until 4000 rpms which will knock your peak torque down and the runs are being stopped at 6k while horsepower is still climbing. Do you have any graphs revving higher?

The window switch is set for 4000 rpms to 6000 rpms should I change this?
The tunner told me he set the rev limiter to 6200 rpm bottle pressure was at 950psi

Dont you think the NA numbers look good? gained alot from the tune that was in there previously.

The tunner tunned the owner of nitrous express is car for 700 shot and we live 1600 miles away 1 way I would think he knows his stuff but what do I know

I see no reason not to be revving this combo higher. Especially on the nitrous run it was still climbing at 6k.

NA tune if it made that much over the old one then yes that's a big improvement! Your new tuner obviously does at least have that done much better now.

Now as far as spraying at 4000rpm, you CAN spray lower if it's a number your after. Now on the dyno of course if you want a high number then you can lower it to 3200-3400 or so and get a better number. Personally I don't care about dyno numbers they are just a tool for getting a good tune like you seem to have now over the old one.

With a 231 intake duration that cam isn't going to start to peak until 6400rpm at least and you should always shift 300-400rpm higher than your peak.

I would ask the tuner to move the limiter to 6900 and shift it at 6600-6700 and have the window switch shut off at 6900.

That way you are spraying through the shifts and it is not cutting off and back on each time you shift. If you have a half decent transmission this will be fine.

This is a M6 car though correct? If so then you will have to set the window switch higher than your two step if you're using a two step to launch, or a relay to interrupt the nitrous on the two step. If you're not using a two step then you can just hold it at whatever rpm you are launching at and when you floor it with the release of the clutch it will activate.

Also those numbers are even better now that I look at them being on a Mustang Dyno.

Do you know what the AFR is now on motor and nitrous?

I told you that ****** would make 400 RWHP if it was re-tuned! That tune it had on it when i sold you was stupid rich, and i have no idea who did that tune. Glad to see its made some progress i miss that car all the time. I'd be spraying from 3200 - 6800 or so, i also wouldnt be scared of a 150 hit at all so long as the fuel pump keeps up.

Underdrive pulley,
Dave Smith of LT1Dave completed the tune before. It was a street tune and not a wide band Dyno pull.
on 17 inch radials on stock wheels car ran 12.7 without dumping. Rev limiter was set at 7k or 7200 shifted at 68 or 69
