Default Anyone ran one nano and two nitrous bottles?

I am making the move to two bottles and don't want to lose the nano. I don't have room for two of them however. Has anyone tried to run a single 15 or 20lb kit teed off into two bottles? I know it's not ideal or how it was designed but I am curious if it would " work" it's just a lot more hassle to get two heaters and a remote mount gauge so I know what the pressure is up front. Where with the nano I always know where it's at.

I would think that one bottle wouldn't provied enough high pressure to keep 2 bottles running a max performance,

About half way thru each, you would lose pressure....if not
sooner.

I saw a picture of a guy running a 20# Nano bottle teed off to 2 10# nitrous bottles. I am not sure how well it would work. I talked to the guy from Nano and he recommended against it and told me they discontinued there 20# Nano kits.

I don't think it would work. I'm going to let my buddy borrow and use my 3000 kits on his 15lb bottle and we are already concerned about loosing pressure. I think 2 bottles even with a 4500 would only exacerbate the problem.

According to nano the 3000 kit works with a 10 or 15lb system whereas the 4500 is bottle specific. If I cant get an answer I guess I will report back with my findings when I try it.

Yeah, I see that on the label. Just don't know if the bottle itself is the same but they set them differently or what.

We were thinking either maybe the pressure will go to maybe 950 instead of the 1050 area, and that it might just not get as much nitrous out of the bottle.

I would think that you might be able to send it back to nano and have them open up the regulator as far as it would go.

We are just going to try it out and see. No one really had any feedback for us here or on YellowBullet. If I ever end up going to a dual bottle set-up it would be awesome to know that you could see decent pressure from one 4500 kit. Post up when you try it

I know titter has been trying to make it happen. But I don't want to lose to you so I will keep avoiding it

I had a problem with mine when I got it where the regulator was letting the bottle go to 1300+ psi. We reshimmed the reg per their instruction (he spent half a day feilding my questions while I spent half the day at a paintball park adjusting it) so I'm sure it could be bumped up a bit.

Two bottles? That officially classifies it as a race car.

I think the 102 n2o jet classifies it as a race car

I would think you would need a single system for each bottle for optimal performance.
