How much for 255twin walbros?
How much was your total bill with the fuel pump and the heater, window switch etc...
There have been a few TNT kits going around for sale for like $500 bucks, next one I see I think I am going to jump on it, after that I got to lower my 5000 stall to like a 4000...
.....$500 bucks.

MN Z28, how do you like the overall setup, I'm running a TH400 with a 12-bolt in the back, I also have a trans-brake, I would want to spray off the line, but I can't unless I have a spool...cause the Eaton posi would take a ****, so my idea would be to spray like 20-30 feet out and spray from 3200-6300 like you did....

I did quite a bit of reading, and I thought I was going to be fine with a new NOS inline pump. Wrong. It didn't seem to keep up, and I ended up wasting a time and $. Doh!
I wasn't really sure what RPM range to spray... I heard 3000 RPM was the lowest I should go so I went with 3200 to be sure. On the high end I wanted a bit of safety as well. I went with the 6300... My rev limit is currently set at 6600.
Total bill? Hmm... I lost track. More like... I don't want to know! It wasn't cheap, but I think I did it right (other than the first try with the NOS inline).
The TNT kit itself is top notch. I love it. Wiring was a pain, but again I had read up a ton before I attempted it. I really didn't have any wiring issues since I planned it out fairly well.
I have a ton of additional photos etc. that I'm going to have to put on the web sometime soon.
Oh, I also constructed my own switch box that I mounted in the center console... I picked up a "aluminum project box" from Radio Shack. It turned out pretty trick.
If you'd like... Email me at jonathan@jonathanlarson.com I'll send you some photos!

I just got a Walbro for $80 something. So two would be $160. $500-$160=$340 So you're paying $340 for one splitter that connects both pumps and a few wires. Talk about ripoff central.

Not a ripoff. Depends what you want. I believe the Racetronix/ARE pump comes prewired with a relay as well. All cut to correct length, shrink tube, terminal ends and ready to go. An entire kit with nothing else needed. Yes...if you have the time to make a few trips to the parts store you can duplicate this for less. But IMO its nice to have evrything you absolutley need in a bag when you get it. ESPECIALLY for a job like dropping the tank and doing a fuel pump. Sux getting in the middle of a job like that and figuring out you need another connector and nothing is open.
So I assume when the time comes I am going to talk to my local installer (speed inc) to see what kind of deal I can get on twin walbros...

The new Racetronix dual pump system (to be released soon) is a fully Plug & Play system. The harness is fully weatherproof using factory style Delphi connectors which interface with your factory wiring with no cutting or splicing required. It includes two P&B 40A Weatherpack relays, an adjustable Hobbs pressure switch. The parts used in this setup are much more than the two pumps alone PLUS many hours of labor are required to fabricate the unit and TEST it! The wiring harness alone is valued at over $100.00. A sealed Hobbs switch is over $30.00 alone. A cheap harness can be made with house wire and Radio Shack relays but let us be fair about it. A good Delphi style harness is not easy or cheap to produce and if you motor’s life is going to be reliant upon it, the money is well spent. One tire on your car is worth more than double the cost of a quality harness that will last the lifetime of your vehicle.
The new dual in-tank setup will have a do-it-yourself billet CnC'd pump mount and coupler. This will allow the customer to perform the install. The new system will incorporate a new sealed Delphi bulkhead connector that will bring the extra required wires into the tank allowing the dual pumps to be simply plugged in.
The new system will be compatible with our fuel enhancer system which will further extend the pump's volume by and extra 30% or more.
Please keep in mind that comparable product for the Buick GN is $500.00US and is no where as complicated or as nice.
