What kind of MPH are you expecting going through the traps?

Alot of people think higher gears are always faster. But I know alot of people that had alot slower times when going to a higher gear.
The reason being is traction.
The lower gear will help you maintain traction as you spray "off the line". (1st or 2nd)
That shot of nitrous is no good if its just burning up the tires.
However 3.73:1 is faster with good traction, especially N/A.
I suggest you get a aftermarket Torque Arm and Trailing Arms/Panhard Rod Kit. This will help traction alot.
Just a Suggestion.

I will most likely street race with the car more than the track (either one is going to be extremely rare, I just want to have some "fun" <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> ). Although I know its not the safest, I know when NOT to do it too.
I'll probably end up using the purge more than the actual shot, as a sort of "Don't even try it, ricer..." warning.
For drag radials stick to the 3.73's to get the full effect of the nitrous. Street tires wont like anything much above stock. If your spinning you aint winning. Just my .02 cents.
