Just put on my N2O Outlet plate kit. Had an old purge kit lying around I used. I used the port on the side of the N2O solenoid to the Purge solenoid. The Purge solenoid works fine and clicks until I open the valve on the bottle, then NOTHING. Fought with wiring for a while and realized it's all right.

Bleed pressure off the n2o line, solenoid clicks again, just won't do it under pressure.

Bad solenoid you think?

Maybe some crap in it. Did you tear it down to inspect the plunger?

Whats your bottle pressure? What kind of purge solenoid is it?

Don't know the brand. It was in some pot luck stuff I bought. Bottle pressure was 700 psi. If I keep pushing the button under pressure it will blow the fuse I have run to it. I tried holding the button down, had someone open the bottle valve and it will stay open that way, as soon as I release button and push again, nothing. N2O outlet told me today it was probably a bad or weak coil in the solenoid.
