Re: Can i run a 250 shot??STOCK MOTOR! i just lunched my motor on a tnt 150 shot. i think it lifted the head and water got in and hydro'ed the pistons and cracked the ring land's off. if you are going to run a 150 shot, be careful. i am ahving serious doubts about running a 150 shot again, but i am getting some ross nitrous pistons and good rings, so we will see. but 250 shot is insane!

I went 11.3 in my 2000 WS6 w/ wet TNT 150 kit, PT4000 TC, TTS Headers, 3.73 gears stock Rear, and Volant Intake... would have went to 200 that night but stock tranny was slipping and my LS1Edit wasnt w/ me to retard the timing... be in the 10s eventually... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Re: Can i run a 250 shot??STOCK MOTOR! My buddy in town running a 200 shot grenaded his motor once, added aftermarket pistons, grenaded the motor again, got it up and running again, then cracked a flywheel.

Re: Can i run a 250 shot??STOCK MOTOR! If you have it set-up right and with the right fuel I think you could go with a 200 for a little while. Maybe a 250 for a short time.

Anyone know if it would be ok running a 150 wet shot (NX) on stock fuel system? Someone I know is running a 150 shot on there C5 and I think he has stock fuel system but I know he has the maf translator to richen the car. If not what should I get inline or intank fuel pump?

Re: Can i run a 250 shot??STOCK MOTOR! If you build a seperate fuel system i think it will take it. Im sprayin 175 on a COMPLETELY stock motor and have been for over a year and its just askin for more(after a seperate fuel system).
Best time to date is 10.83@124 and that is with a stock fuel system, stock tranny, stock driveshaft, stock rearend(torsen) Heavy stock wheels and stock suspension at full weight.
