Default Nitrous newbie has a question !

I've decided to go with the NX GM EFI kit, GENX2 kit, NX Remote Opener, MSD Window switch and pills. I am planning on using a 100lb shot max(stock lower end). Is there anything else I need to have? I have a stock fuel system also but was told if I only do a 100LB shot I don't need a new fuel pump or bigger injectors. Any help will be appreciated. TIA,

Mark

If the genx2 dosen't come with a bottle heater get one and you might want to go with a colder plug like a NGK tr55 or tr6. other wise you have it all covered. Spray your way to victory!!

Thanks guys,

I have TR55's now but I am going to the TR-6's when I switch to the bottle. So, I take it I was informed correctly, I will not need a new fuel pump or bigger injectors for a 100LB shot? TIA,

Mark

Have you dynoed your car recently? It depends on what kind of power your car is making now if you will need a new fuel pump for a 100 shot.

Sean,

Those dyno #'s in my sig are very recent. They were with the cut out open and the converter locked.

I would look into getting another fuel pump for the car if you want to spray a 100 shot. Either an inline pump or internal pump would be fine. At your power level (on spray) it isnt required but I definatly recommend it.

If you are planning on spending all this money on a kit why not go ahead and spend the extra $140 for a fuel pump.
