The general rule is your spark plug must run hot enough to keep itself clean at idle and cruise but cool enough to not cause pre-ignition during WOT and racing.
You may find that the BR7s do not keep themselves clean in normal daily driving. You may actually fowl a BR7 around town depending on your combination. I personally run TR5s or TR6s for daily driving then swap in BR7s for running nitrous.

you should pick up between 100-125 hp. Time would depend on if you got traction. TR& would be a great plug choice. They usually;y don't effect drive-ability and they will not effect AFR.

Gotcha, I actually switched to a br7 plug from a tr6. and car somehow went from 12.4s to 11.5 AFR's on a wot pull. I used the Diablo intune and removed 4% global lean and now she's at 12.0-12.1. Wondering if i should keep removing fuel percentage to get her in mid 12's afr's??

If Carter it's right, I think i found my answer here:

You don't constantly foul plugs when DD'ing the BR7EF's? I'm considering running them 24/7 since I'm about to start spraying.
If they don't constantly foul during city driving, that would be a much more convenient alternative than running the TR55's for daily use, then needing to swap to BR7EF's if I planned on spraying that night.

I tuned mine on br7ef and run an b8ef now and it doesn't foul plugs street driving. If you tuned it on tr55 then stepped to a #7 then I would say you might have drivability issues but stepping down one heat range shouldn't affect it that much if any. As stated, it doesn't affect fueling per say but too cold of a plug keeps the fuel from burning off correctly.

I would also suggest cleaning your maf since you stated it went rich at WOT after the plug swap. It could be strictly coincidence but it could explain the rich condition on motor and on the kit.
