Nitrous Kit for No hood clearnce Carb'd sbc
Swapped a n/a, carb'd, Small Block into the back of a Porsche 914. I Bought and installed a Snow Meth inject system (the n/a muscle car system that utilizes a 1 inch carb spacer as the injection point). With the Meth system and air cleaner in place the motor barely clear the rear trunk. I now want to add a 75-100 dry shot to the system but I don't have any more hood clearance for the Perimeter Plate. I would like to install a dry system. Any Recommendations, links or pics?

Nitrous outlet spray bars. They basically build a plate in the plenum. It's the ticket. Better distribution in most cases than a plate. Fairly inexpensive. And nitrous outlet is amazing to deal with.

Why are you wanting to run both Nitrous and meth injection on a N/A motor? I personally do not care for running them both on a boosted motor much less N/A.
Put some good fuel in it with a decent nitrous kit and ditch the Meth injection. It will simplify your tuning and make great power.

What is the reason for not running meth injection and Nitrous on a N/A motor?
Decent gas that does not come in a 5 gallon blue can does not exist around these here parts. 91 with leaves and dead bugs in it is the best our great state has approved for us (maybe not the leaves and bug part). I like the meth injection. If they were still selling 95 or 93 then i would ditch it, but it is what it is.

Meth is to lower your intake air temperatures. If you are going to run nitrous then it also is going to lower your intake temps. You will not see a double cooling effect from running both.
Also there have several people do meth on a N/A applications and have seen little to no gain.

As for the OP, IMO I would run an additive like the Torco race fuel additive. Put 16 ounces in 10 gallons and you have 95 octane. That way you can ditch the meth injection plate and install the nitrous plate in its place.
