Gains in the 1/8 mile?

Gains in the 1/8 mile? I am at a loss as to what can be going on with my nitrous kit. It makes good power on the dyno but it doesn't pick the car up very much in et or in MPH when I spray it.
I make an extra 115 hp on the 100 jets on the dyno. But at the track I notice very little gain. 2-3 tenths My car is not spinning. just hits real soft.
I am only picking up 5 mPH on spray with the 100 shot vs my car on motor. Is this what everyone is getting? And I am using a nitorus converter (3500 stalled Yank)

the converter is very tight. I think the car would run in the 6.60 to 6.70 range with the old converter. I am thinking it is a fueling problem. (I run a walbro 255 intank) But I am not sure.

Last year with my Vig 3600 and a 150 shot(wet) i dropped from 8.1 @ 85 motor to 7.2@93 on spray.
Then swapped convertors this year and ran
7.9@87 motor
7.2 @ 92 with a low pressure 100 shot-only 800 psi.( normally run at 1100 psi)
All runs were on E/T streets,
this year best 60ft on spray is 1.64,but last year i hooked to a 1.54 with the LF wheel not touching the ground. Have yet to get a dead hook with the new vertor.

I only went from a 7.09@95.7 to a 6.84@100.8 This is on a TNT 100 shot that gave me more than 100 hp on the dyno.
