On late model engines with fairly fast combustion (where maximum power timing is usually in the 24 to 28 degrees of timing range) I am not aware of many applications that need more than 15 degrees of timing retard for nitrous. Much below that and combustion becomes pretty poor.
If you really need more timing retard than that we make a torque reduction box (LNC-TRM) for use with transmission controllers and traction control devices that has up to 50 degrees of timing retard authority:

Lnc-trm None of our dealers would have this in inventory (fairly low volume product) but you could order it from any of them or you could order it directly from LPE.
We "borrowed" one from inventory to display at the PRI show last week so our inventory currently shows we are out of stock but that one should be back in stock later this week.

If you needed one for an engine with LSA or LS9 coil pack harness connectors, you would need this product and those are not a stocking item and are custom built to order due to the fairly low sales of this specialized product. Probably a 2 to 4 week lead time right now with the holidays etc. Here is the one for the LSA/LS9 type harness:
