Just wanted to get your input on what I should set my window switch at. I have a 2001 T/A WS-6 M6. I bought the 3k and 5k pills for the msd window switch. I have have almost all of the bolt-ons except for headers. I just installed the NOS 5177 kit and the TR-6 plugs. I was at the track 2 weeks ago and was having some serious traction issues, but everyone I talked to said the track always has bad traction issues. I was consistantly trapping at 109, but I was disappointed in my times. I really need to get some drag radials. My best 1/4 time slip was...

What settings and what shot (I only have the 75, 85, and 100 jets) do you think would help me the most? Any suggestions or input as to what else I need to do or get would be greatly appreciated.

I have mine set from 3000-6000....

 

Put the 3000 pills and set the shut off right before your rev limiter.A larger shot will just hurt you.Get some slicks or drag radials.Then up the shot.Your 60 foot is killing you.

ok, so I'll set it to come on at 3000 and... if I am shifting at 5900-6000, then I should set it at 5800??? I'm just not clear on where to set it to go off at.

I haven't run with the NOS yet. I was trying to figure out which pills to use before I f*** something up. I have the 75, 85, and 100 jets. I have the 3000 and 5000 sets of pills. It doesn't matter. You just don't want it to be on when you shift. Put your 5K pill in. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Turn it on at 3400 off at 5800. go 100 out of the box unless your running very lean. ie after market mass air flow. If you have a stock mass air flow take out the screen. You will be fine. If you installed a fuel pressure safty switch you might have to adjust it, I did. It kept turning on a off. I took it out and bought a guage. Also you can spray in first gear just don't floor it until you get rolling. Good luck!

 

Have it kick off at 6000, your stock rev limiter is 6200 so you'll be all good <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
