Nos mini controller setup
You have the parameters in the controller configured so that it is trying to fire the 2nd channel. Run through the controller settings and move the 2nd stage activation rpm up out of the usable range.

Yea, I know, old thread, but thought I'd post in case someone winds up here looking for an answer like I did. I had the same issue with the controller getting stuck showing r2 when I too had nothing set on the second channel. Changing the activation rpm to 9900 did not work for me. I finally changed the Throttle Position Activation Switch (TPAS) setting for channel two from 01 (hot WOT switch) to 00 (grounded WOT switch). I left the channel 1 TPAS setting at 01. This fixed it for me, YMMV.
