What motor and what vehicle? Also, where do you get 94 octane these days?

Gotcha. Must be nice lol. We used to have it but not anymore. The thing with timing and how it relates to fuel and nitrous is very much an individual thing. No two identical setups will respond the same. So you can't say you want a certain amount of timing with a certain amount of nitrous even with race fuel. Know what I mean?

Agreed...those br7 plugs should be a sufficient heat range plug for that 150 shot...but the only way to read your timing and fuel will be to take stock in plugs and make a pass, shut it down, coast to side and pull the plugs.. cut the threads off and read. lots of info on how to read plugs on this forum and all over the internet. that is the only way to truly dial in your nitrous/fuel jet sizes and how much timing you can throw at it with certain octane levels of fuel.

even with the 101 fuel and a 125 shot, id pull more timing, 23* for the 150 seems fair though. And before you pull it any higher, check plugs, and I would go one stage colder if you can.
Are you on a window switch?

no window switch ... 27deg is near redline -- i did 125 shot at 23° at VE ( midrange ) --- i will try the 150 shot with a (1/2 watt - 750 ohm resistor) inserted in the IAT plug . it should pull 2 deg , so 21° at VE -- i dont have efi live or hp tuner -- and a timing box its hard to see how much timing is pulled ..(. i log with dash command app,) if there s another simple way to pull timing ..please let me know !!!

i ran a full bottle for now... the plugs are nice `''orange like'' in color -- the car runs very good..pulls hard .no hiccups

Dont take this the wrong way but why are your risking hurting your motor over a $300 LNC-2000? Spraying nitrous without a good way to log or without reading plugs after a run is playing with fire. The plugs wont lie if you read them correctly, but even then you need a way to pull timing.

The LNC-2000 is one of the best, dollar for dollar mods I have made to my car. I have it tuned fairly aggressively naturally aspirated.

I have a WOT switch operating a relay that makes 3 different things happen...
1. Nitrous solenoids open
2. LNC-2000 retards timing (10* currently)
3. Powers up 2nd intank fuel pump

So, 200hp jetting, 15 degrees total timing, and with the 2nd pump, I literally cannot get the car to run leaner than 10.8:1 AFR.
I'm able to run straight 93 octane gas, with this setup, although I plan on spiking the fuel a little next time to track...just for peace of mind..
