rattles are hard to describe- sounds like knock to me (knock retard refers to the pcm pulling timing because it is DETECTING knock that is present- the pcm pulling timing does not cause noise, the noise is what causes the pcm to pull timing). Pull more timing with the TT and see if it goes away- this is a bad thing.

ok well i pulled the tt off because......i decided to test the timing tuner cuz i thought my nitrous wasnt working.so i armed the n2o and turned the key.....then i hit the wot switch, but the solenoids didnt tick(WTF?)instead the timing tuner's red light turned on and it(the tt)made this weird noise...similar to a buzzer, almost.i had the tt hooked up right too.white to trigger wire and ground pulled off and gray to ground(the n2o gets ground fromm tt,thats how activation and control works).so i unhooked the tt,and voila the solenoids fired perfect!i dnt know wtf is going on...any body?ps also when i spray w/o tt...it will spray..then pause for a second then kick back in,then cut out again....is this also detonation?if so, can i runn higher octane fuel, and get rid of that?

If you are running a +1 @ base & +2 above 3k rpm's. To get a true 4deg of retard you need to pull 7 degrees of timing on the spray. You may already know to do this, but I just wanted to give my .02. So you may only be getting 1 deg of retard on the spray compared to the TT. Also do you have delay dialed in? Why don't you call Ramchargers and tell them what's going on?
