Nxl Re-testing Complete
N/A
2.1 60 foot
13.1 1/4 mile
107 mph
Spray - 120 pills (VERY VERY VERY traction limted, aka car went nuts when the bottle hit)
2.1 60 foot
8.6 1/8 mile
12.9 1/4 mile
116 mph
Now keep in mind that this was on a non tuned motor with every single bolt on, about 2lbs of nitrous left in a cold *** bottle with no heater. BTW I started to spray around 50 mph in 2nd. Next weekend I am going to add this accumulator, bottle heater, and have a full bottle on some slicks. Hoping for good 11's on the 120 pills, might just have to buy some 140-150 pills!
Then with the semi basicly empty bottle we sprayed down my friends intercooler on his evo and made it run 12.9
with just exhaust. Glad to see there is intrest in fixing any issues.

But that is not my real problem with NXL and this kit. I have pulled this quote from their 2004 catalog on page 19:
bottle, jetting, custom insulated distribution lines, and
all installation hardware. This hi-tech direct port system
comes with a wiring harness for true plug-and-play
performance.
As of now, NXL has defined 6 problems with the kit for which they now have fixes. These fixes only came about after the buyers of the system designed their own fixes, which is direct evidence that the system was defective. Is this "true plug and play performance?" Is a system that comes without the accumulator that is required to fix a possibly engine killing lean spike really "complete" with "all installation hardware?"
I also noticed that nowhere in the catalog description was any mention that this was a "STREET KIT, with the look of a direct port." The catalog states several times that this is a direct port system.
What has NX offered to those of us that have the kit installed on our cars?
We can buy some of the parts at a cost of almost $250 to fix 2 of the problems...
Accumulator 199.99
New Jets 42.79 (for 8 from jegs)
As for the other problems, no fix has been offered for current owners of the kit. Just a reassurance that the kit has been improved for future customers.
In my opinion, NX should either
1) recall the kit and reimburse all current owners their purchase price, or
2) replace all the defective parts and supply current owners with the parts needed to meet thier product description at NX's expense
I guess I should have bought the Noszle system.

What are NX's thoughts on this, just curious.
(Also, did anyone else lose NA power after installing the NXL rails, I lost 15RWHP)
