Default What nitrous kit for a 427ci?

Have the NXL now, but was going to replace that with the MAF kit on my current motor. But since I will be building a 427 next spring, will the MAF kit still work or is it not enough. Should I go with another custom DP system?
Looking at spraying 250+.

My opinion would be a custom DP if you have the funds.

If the NXL kit you are refering to is the one with nozzles under the injector, That is a Direct Port. You can either run a low pressure fuel system (what most people use on direct ports) or stay with high pressure. It takes more experience in my opinion to tune a low pressure system, but you don't put stress on the fuel system for the engine. If I was building the car I would stay with the NXL kit but use a stand alone fuel system for the N2O. Maybe use the MAF kit for a small second stage.
