Default NGK TR55's vs TR6's or a one step colder plug

Just wondering what the HP difference would be to run TR6's or a one step colder plug would be on a car without using nitrous compared to the TR55's

Also how can I run TR55 and Nitrous.....?? Can I retard the timing a bit more??

Just seeing if anyone has this info on tap.
