I've put the car into storage for the winter. I took the bottle out of the car. Right now I have it in the basement. IT's a full 10 lb bottle. Is this safe or should I leave it in the cold garage or just empty it? Where it is located in the basement is not under any heat vent or anything. I just went down and felt the bottle and it's pretty cold. Do you guys think it's safe down there or what should I do.
Cold is good. Room temperature is good (75 - 78 degrees). Just don't let it get too
hot. Up in Michigan, it's not like it will get hot sitting in the sun but don't set it near a heating duct in your house.
...OR send it to me and I'll store it for you.

the cold will not do anything but drop the pressure in the bottle ...
now if you want to see something cool, just leave it in the back of a C4 vette right in the sun in the middle of summer down here in sunny FL ...
and no, it wasnt me ...
