Nitrogen Push Guys, question for you

hey 383LQ4SS i know its a little late but lets say you pressureize the bottle at 40 degrees ambient (cold night) and tomorrow the ambient temp rises to 80. wont you have a very high pressure in the bottle? Due to the fact you are pressurizing the bottle with a non liquid gas, and the liquid gas will displace more when heated?

Pressure will rise with temp. Less so with the bottle half full of nitrogen over compressed air...but it will still rise due to the expansion properties of nitrous VS temp...just like normal.
But if you live in an area that has 40 degree temp swings...you better move

ok, just got back. Found a small leak in the paintball tank fitting, so it all leaked out by the time I got back, but i still got a few runs in at 925 psi. Current conditions are overcast and about 25 degrees F, popped the bottles open still steady at 925psi, When i used they system if felt better than normal (never got the system to that pressure even with the bottle heater), No side affects noticed from the compressed air. Man I blew the tires off in 2nd gear with no problem. So This system definatly get my thumbs up, Im going to find a mounting bracket and fill my nitrogen tank today. So i will let you know how i mounted the paintball bottle later on today

Ok, I found a fire Extinguisher strap i had laying around. So i cut and welded it to size, and mounted it next to my bottle in the cargo area. I also refilled my paintball tank with out any problems, so i know that works too.

Just had a thought, you cant find someone to fill a 4500 psi nitrogen bottle to more than 2000 psi right? But you can find a paintball shop that will fill it to 4500 psi of compressed air right? What would happen if you filled the bottle with 2000 psi of Nitrogen then took it to the paint ball shop and had them "top it off" with compressed air?
I am wondering if the mix would help and air "expansion" problems?
