Bottle PSi
Do you have a dry kit (hopefully)? If you are running wet you are REALLY lucky. I have run lower presure on mine but with a dry there is no chance of unused fuel pooling. But yes under correct bottle presure you will have significantly improved your times. I did. from a 12.5 to a 12.25. The psi under the slower time was around 700 psi. For the 12.25 I was at 800. Still alot of room for higher psi but I didn't have a bottle heater. I now do and expect to be in the 11's.
wow, I'm surprised you could even tell that it was on. Seriously, that's damn low. I run my bottle at 1150 (most run at or above 1000). When my pressure is at around 6-700, I don't even know whether or not it's spraying. I wouldn't be surprised if you picked up 3-5mph more than you did with the pressure at 675.

If you are running a wet system low pressure can equate to fuel puddling as your fuel pressure remains the same. High pressure and you can run your system lean...
If you are running a dry system its not that big of a deal unless your goal is consistency then its a big deal..
A properly jetted system running the correct (or close) bottle pressure will save you lots of headaches!
