The LS-2 intake does fit LS-1's, but actually isn't a good idea. Everyone that has put one on a car with stock cubes has lost power. Even the guys with LS-2 vettes are gaining power buy swapping on a LS-6 intake. The LSX is better than both, but costly.

People with large cube ls1's such as the Stenod 383 car have picked up 15-20 hp the high rpm levels with this intake over the ls6. There's a thread where Kurt Urban at W2W also states the same thing concerning a few large cube motors he has built. The intake is only beneficial to large cube, high revving motors. At 230 bucks, it's way cheaper than the lsx and might not give the same power but $750+ is a little too pricey for me.

The fuel rails are standard issue ls2 rails.

The hoses are an aeroquip-style tfe line. You cut them to fit (there's a tool that makes this easy) and then install the ends (which is a pain in the a$s). I ended up using straight, 90 degree, and 45 degree fittings. I'm making brackets for the solenoids that will use the same bolts as the fuel rail.

Aeroquip is right here in Northern VA, Not sure if its the HQ but the prices directly through them weren't bad.

I ordered the lines from a local company in MD that specializes in this kind of stuff. It isn't aeroquip but is the same thing as their tfe lines. You have to make each individual line and order the correct ends to fit. The ends can be pricey....you can spend 20 bucks per hose depending on where you get your stuff.
