Digital hasn't been out that long.

It is a great unit, it helped me out a lot before I stepped up to the Maximizer.

I guess I need to pay more attention to the thread title.

I'm an electrician, and so is my brother (who happens to do most of the work ). It actually took under an hour to install. The other thing you see is the controller for the ken belle boost-a-pump.

Thanks for the props

I absolutely love my MSD digital WS(pn#8969). I couldnt imaging doing the pill thing ever again! Another cool thing that I like is that is acts as a tach when on! Mine is mounted under my hood so its kind of cool to see that!

Oh yea, the only disadvantage of it is the "activation" time. It takes about 10-15 seconds before you can actually spray, which isn't exactly ideal on the street.

What do you mean by activation time?

you talking about when you first start your car? I've never started my truck and less than 15 seconds later was spraying, but I don't street race so I don't know how it goes.

I'm talking about the time you turn on the window switch, it goes through the entire sequence of what it activates, when it turns off. It takes about 15 seconds before it's ready to go. It won't let you spray untill it's done going through the sequence.

I don't have my window switch set so it turns on with the car. It turns on when I push the on switch for the nitrous.

Just curious as to why you have yours setup this way? It's in your glovebox, what difference does it make if it's on all the time? I had mine out in the open on all the time, it also serves as a second tach (albeit, not a great one).
