Default NOS5177 lines...-3?

Im having to order new nitrous lines w/the way my NOS5177 kits solenoids are mounted. Just curious as to what type of line I need to order? Are the lines from the Tee fitting off the solenoid a -3 to -3 or -3 to 1/8NPT? Thanks

the lines to the air box are 3an from the t fitting to the nozzle its probably a 1/8 but you might want to call nos tech onthat to make sure. Have fun with the tech help if you do.

Ok, so you're in the same boat as me.

The nozzle end is not female 3an, not sure what it is (not pipe thread). You can lenghten line by adding a male x male 3an coupler and a new f x f hose. Or you can add a lenght of 4an between noids and tee if moving noids is ok.

Hmmm, I pulled the line that came off the 5177 kit and both ends fit on the Tee (coming from the noid) just fine. So I'll assume its a -3 line.

The end of the hose is not female 3an, nor is it jic or sae, it's specific to NOS: look at it, it seems propriatary. Now the female end of the sweep 90* you can fit a male 3an into it (right or wrong fit?), but this is were the jet goes. I have an extra set-up in my hands right now as I write this.

They do look different, yet they both thread to the Tee fitting & they both thread to the nozzle on the airbox. Ill just have to call N.O.S. in the morning to see if they make a line that comes w/the 5177, but in a 3ft length.

Take the 90* swept fitting off the end of your hose and you'll see why it's different. After that you'll see it's set-up different (part of nozzle design) than a regular female 3an x female 3an sweep 90* hose, and this is the proble I've run into (you need to keep the propritary 90* fitting.

What if I just get a -3 coupler and another (2ft) -3 line from NOS?

Yes you can, or get it/them from a site vender: Nitro Dave, NX Ricky, DynoTune and others. You'll get much better service and support. Or you can go to Your local Hydraulics supply and they can make you up add on hoses and fittings.

I have to redrill/reposition the jets to the neck of the lid....anyone know what kind of fitting I can use to cover up/plug the original holes I drilled in the side of the lid for the nitrous jets?
