here a some pics of my new direct port. Still have to finish the fuel lines and run the main nitrous line. What a major pain in the a$$ designing the rails and bending the tubing was. It is nearly impossible to bolt the intake down now
I have never seen anyone else powder coat the lines. It sure looks pretty I guess when its done it will have been worth the effort its definatly one of a kind as I will not do that again.

You should change your name to Extreeeeme
Thumbs up.
And thanks for hooking me up with Bryan at LME, however I have to wait a little since I'm picking a new ride in the next couple of days, then the Z will go skinny and full race.

Here are the pics before the install. Thanks for all the kind words. Its nice to be able to share with people that apreciate this kind of thing
BTL FED, you feel my pain X2
I think its the little lines like your nitrous lines on the bottom rail that are the killer.
Dave, Thats the Nick Willaims TB outstanding quaility and price. I found the fit and finnish to be great when i disasembled it for powdercoating.

I dont think the fast intake made it that much harder, although it does take up alot more room. Theres alot that goes into figuring were everything will fit and how to mount it. Next time ill take the easy way out and buy rails and hoses instead of making my own rails and bending the tube

The 2 stage 5177 kit is still in the car. I will be taking it out and selling it as a complete package at a later date. interested?
The new nitrous kit has a mazimizer and all new controlls and relays. I will make another post later showing my 10"x 10" encloser with enough wire coming out of it to run to china and back

Rays- That is a very good looking system, was it a PITA to hook up all the lines after power coat with nicking anything? Also, are the small nitrous and fuel lines stainless or are they aluminum?
BTL Fed- Great job on the install of your SX2. That system always looks like a plumbing nightmare when finished on any intake. Your's looks to be very clean with that intake.

What did you do with the old dry kit?
