I ran a 200 shot last year - TNT wet system. Best times in my signature. Possibly going to a 250 shot this year. No progressive controller. Right out of the hole off the trans brake.
The key: great suspension; an aftermarket fuel pump; bigger injectors; a great tune.

I dont know, with a good fuel system and an experienced and real good tuner tuneing your car id say a 250 shot. But the rod bolts might not hold up to that kind of power. 250 is alot of gas. Safely id say a 200 shot all day long.
I can say with experience a 200 dry shot on stock tune and fuel system is to much.

guys here in tampa have been running dual stage 300 shots for years on stock bottom ends. dont know whats takin the rest of the country to figure it out

Safely without any issues I would say 200hp. A friend of mine has been doing it for a couple of years now. Using multiple stages or prog. controllers you could probably do quite a bit more (250-300?).
