HMMMMMMMMMMM.... think i can even run 918's with this cam! right now i have dual springs but the singles would cut off alot of weight
mines a 245/258 .630/.630 on a 108. i don't even think i got the right cam i ordered. lol. we'll see how it goes.
How do you fit that in a Civic? Holy Shiat! j/k
So this is for what vehicle, the cobra?
now what company do i have grind it? will the lunati grind be easier on valve springs then say the Comp?
With a .200 longer valve and a 1.57 spring pocket you have a wide range of springs to use. I am using the Comp 932s set up at 1.930 installed height which gives a spring pressure of approx 230 lbs on the seat and over 550 open. Word to the wise,,,if you ever want to run a huge cam...get the head flow #s with a single set of valves. Call up your cam guy...spec out the cam...then order the valves and valvetrain stuff you need to make that cam usable. There are springs out there that can handle 1.000 of lift. But if you dont set up your spring pockets and valve lenghts to the right size you are gonna have a tough time.
