5177 kit jetting Was wondering what jets for a 150 rwhp on the NOS 5177 kit. im thinking like 2 52's my 39,34 combo made 77 rwhp. Anyone ever dyno with this kit and get 150 rwhp? if so what jets are you using?

Dual .048s will give you 148.75rwhp. Dual .052s will give 170rwhp. every .001 increase is worth 2.5hp at the crank or 2hp at rear wheels. Now these are mathmatical on paper approxamations, what you will see will very slightly. the only way to really jet exactly for a given rwhp is to do it on a dyno. Hope this helps.

My 5177 with 042s got me 90rwhp. Each install responds a little differently depending on what fittings you have on the feed line, filter, jet types etc. I'm using the NOS 90* jet bulkheads. I've heard the 5177 system will max out at around 150-175rwhp with no jets because of the small solenoids and the fact that there are 2 of them in series. When you get up in the bigger jet sizes on a standard 5177 configuration, the calculated rwhp will not be linear because of the other limiting factors.
Best bet is to get on the dyno and have a set of jets to drill out for desired rwhp gain.

Verdad Gallardo .038s should be close to a 100rwhp shot. depends on many factors, like a tune could be off a tad. You can get a set of numbered drill bits and drill existing jets out to a dyno 100rwhp. A buddy ran a 11.48 with dual 38s, with stock everything, timing, plugs, injectors, fuel pump, tune etc, in his '03 Z06
