Billet Aluminum N2O Bottle Holder Rattles (Anyone have this holder?) Pics
I have this holder at an angle in my trunk area. The car isn't done yet, but the guy that was installing said it is rattling.
It is rattling side to side (Left to Right) where the handle goes into the base unit that is bolted to the trunk area.
ANy of you have this and know of a fix? I could wedgle something in there to stop it, but just wondering if you have this same holder?
Thsi si not my Car BTW.

Hi Gary,
I was in the shop yesterday when they were putting this in. P&J spotted the potential for noise right away. Can you say shim???
I hope the new system works out great for ya. What did you do to increase your fuel supply?

Thanks sGuys for all the quick replies
No additional fuel pump should be needed on a 100 shot wet.
Here is a reply from the Maker of this unit:
Hey Gary, Try something. We double ream the holes which means we put the handle in the base and ream the holes in both pieces at the same time and then we turn the handle over and ream through both pieces again. The reason for this is so when the assembler puts it together we don't know what way the will put the handle in since it is symmetrical. We ream the hole to he pins because the diameter always changes on the pins from our supplier.
Turn the handle around in the base and in should be tighter. You can just leave the handle and rings on the bottle and turn it all around to do the test. If this works, take the 4 bolts out that holds the handle to the rings and flip the handle.

It is not in front of me so I can't test it right now , hope it works
