If you want to mount it at the correct angle it will not fit without some trimming of the plastic panel.. My TNT bottle won't fit without cutting so im actually looking into a smaller 10lb bottle.

The wrinkle black finish looks good.

Thanks smokedoutz, I have two bottles so I guess I will just stay with the 10lbs. route.

For those of you curious, it looks like a 10 lb bottle will not fit in the cd changer side of the trunk. Theres a hump (i'm guessing its to make room for where the tunnel is that allows you to fill up your gas tank) that blocks the top part of the bottle. If anyone else has done this however please share. I just tried and it didnt look like the plastic paneling would go back over, however I didnt try cuz I didnt want to scratch up my bottle trying.

I'm going to re-drill it. I just didn't feel like it that day.

Question,.........does anyone here get a bit nervous about have'n it in the spare tire well? I mean...........I just got hit by a drunk driver a week ago and the spare tire got mangeled! Id hate to see what would happen to the bottle. I'd almost rather have it on the tranny tunnel just for safety purposes. Any thoughts on this?

If I were to mount my bottle on the cd changer side of the trunk with the top of the bottle angled towards the front passenger seat (approximate 45 degrees to the centerline of the car) would I run into any problems? Do I just rotate the bottle so the label points slightly towards the front of the car? I dont meant to hijack the thread but it seems as though this is the prominent thread concerning bottle locations/positions.

I also am interested in mounting a bottle in the driver side as my amps are hidden on the passenger side.
