Default Wet or dry kit?

I just purchased a wet kit and bought a dry nozzle in case I changed my mind and want to go dry. The kit includes a heater, fuel pressure safety switch and a rpm switch. My question is which way should I go "wet or dry" and do I need to pull timing on my car??? Below is a list of my mods. I am hoping to go with a 100 or 125 shot of nos.

5.3L Stage 2 heads
C2 224/224 581/581 112 cam
Jet Hot headers
LS6 intake
Meziere Electric Water Pump
vig 3200 stall
transgo shift kit
tranny cooler

You'll have to make that choice. Do the research you will see the diff. Yes wet may make a little more torque, but for me the safety aspect of dry far out ways this. But, to each his own, either can produce results you'll be happy with.
