Yea, know we're talking. An above the runners plenum for the LS1/LS6, potential backfire manifold explosions, goodbye. I sure wish I had your bank roll.

I like the idea of one-stop shopping when possible. Keeping the feel of a specialty shop that is stretching it's performance parts legs so to speak is also cool...any plans to offer that great Nitros Outlet customer service on a wider variety of accesssories?

Your point being? The LS1/LS6 has a plenum below the runners and a plastic manifold. You don't see the benifits of the above the runners plenum and aluminum manifold on the LSx platform, concerning wet nitrous hits? I am so confused? The point I am making is the fact that a n2o back fire through an aluminum above the runners plenum will not have the same effect as lsx set-ups, no? Been there done that, a few times.

Dave, how about making me a great deal on that MAF Kit, just the MAF spraying part, that you took off?
I think Robert is saying nice way to setup the new ride, and you shouldnt worry about the nitrous backfires, since there plenum is higher up, and shooting down directly into the runners, there wont be any puddling! I think...

Car looks good so far Dave. I'm ready to see what you release next, and I am still trying to decide wether or not to come down to San Antonio for the race.

I too am a little confused by what Robert said, could you elaborate please. I think I understand, but I also think the point Dave was making was that backfires still occur with this type of manifold.

I am saying this is good. I have had many nitrous back fires through an above the runners plenum, cast iron and aluminum manifolds, and no problems. The below the runner plenum/plastic manifolds seem to have a big chance of blowing apart, for the two reasons stated. the old style manifold will just give swooosh and backfire has an easy escape and alum/cast is much stronger, thus a better set-up for spraying wet, IMO. Now does this not make any sense? Sorry if I wasn't clear, allthough Cat3 got it?

Thanks Robert, I get it now, lol. So instead of the air bellows and maf sensor possibly being damaged, you get to play dodge the flying hood as it comes down from being blown sky high, lol.....just messin with ya' Robert (although I have had to play dodge the hood a couple of times with other people's cars, haha)
