hope it's something simple. I hate hearing things like this makes me kinda scared. I'm bout to start to motor for the first time hear in a couple of weeks hopefully nothing goes wrong

the valvetrain is ok i have the jessel rockers with double springs.. what 1/4 mile times have you gotten??

Any pump will work. We keep the melings in stock. Just because its a big cube motor, does not mean you need a big pump.

Speed density is really the only way to go with a cam that size. Its not even worth running around with a MAF.
One thing I would do is run stock rockers. Aftermarket rockers are going to be heavy on the valve train and you will wind up lossing power on the top as well. Found this out with the rockers we have on our 429. It makes good torque, but the power falls off before we can get up to the top. So now we are putting the stock rockers back on and lowering the lift some.

i thought you had told me that with a cam this big you cand do it without maf?? thats the only reason i didnt do the tune.. originally i wanted a tune without the maf because i had seen what you did with other guys cars..
