who all has the timming tuner??

The thing I do not like about the timing tuner,there is no way to tell if is actually working(pulling timing).

Im sure you would be able to watch it pull timing using any scan tool that reads live data.

It is done after the PCM, thus it does not know it is happening. The scan tool will read the normal timing, before the timing tuner.
