Default nitro dave help please

i am trying to install my 860 heater/bracket and am wondering where should i put the wire that goes to 12v+ ign. everything else makes sence but does that wire need to go to the key switch or what. i hope not!!!! help me

Don't know if this helps, but....

On my heater relay,

87 = heater
86 = ground
85 = 12v switch
30 = 12v ign

I'm getting power to it from one of the fuses in the fuse block by the instrument panel. Hope this helps!

what is a fuse that is ign powered that is usable. thanks for the help

I had a similar problem earlier in the week. What I did (with some good advice) was wire right into the fuse panel by the driver side door. I took a male connector (flat one) and plugged it into the slot just under the 10 amp fuse on the far left side of the fuse panel (there is no fuse plugged into it, and it is labeled "IGN" on the fuse location diagram on the panel.
This will give you 12V access. Hope this helps.
