Custom distribution blocks...

Custom distribution blocks... My custom distribution blocks should be here later this afternoon. We looked all over but couldn't find any that we're exactly what we wanted so I decided to buy a plate of 3/4" 6061 T6 aluminum and make our own. Its very similar to the Wilson Manifold block but slightly different. Tonight we're going to try and post some pics. We need to drill the holes and tap the 4 blocks for the in's and out's and than its off to get anodized. I don't know why but I am on an anti-90 kick right now so I have done everything to elminate all of the 'tight' 90 fittings or bends.

Very cool. I would like to see the finished product. You may have something here, as a block like this would be ideal and very trick. Maybe a plumber's friend? or possibly a plumber's nightmare, though?

Phil, better flow for sure but I think not even flow. Plumbing 94.3% sure will be harder. The TNT blocks I have used in the past look some what simular, and they were more of pain for me to plumb.. Maybe just me who knows. Lets know how they turn out.
