EDIT: FINISHED PHOTOS at about post 9
I am FINALLY getting started on my Stand Alone system from NX and Nitrous Outlet

Here are some photos taken IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INSTALLTION:

Basic NX MAF system is the back bone.

Noids mounted on a Bracket available from
NITROUS OUTLET!

The STAND ALONE FUEL CELL from
NITROUS OUTLET.

The Fuel Cell sitting in mock-up for the night. In fact everything is in mock up.

A second view of the Fuel Cell mocked up.
I will ftp more photos after more work is complete. No the wires do not stay draped over the intake!!
Note: Thanks to Nitro Dave, NX and others for supplying all of us with such high quality, reliable parts. Folks this stuff is paid for just like any of you would...i'm a small (well at 6'2" 285 not small) fish in a big bowl of Nitrous. The time that Jeremy and Ricky have spent with me via IM and phone has been extremely helpful. I have bounced ideas off of them for months to the point where my welsome must have been worn out...but these guys treat everyone like gold. Nitro Dave is an easy guy to like...he has so much business, and still takes the time to bust hump down to UPS just so I can have a bracket. When you choose a vendor, treat them well and they treat you well. Wonder why I note so many companies in my sig. They derserve it.

Thanks - finished wiring the weather pack connectors in to the noids last night. Now things actually uinplug to do things like - make it way easier to change plugs. I also put a fitting on my purge line in order to remove a section. When servicng fuel system or plugs etc. Anyway...looks like I have to snag a 6AN to 4AN fitting...set fuel pressures and look for leaks.
Everythings looking great Macon. The stand alone looks killer in there. One question though. Have you though about, or are you planning to, move the battery to the back of the car? When you told me you were getting the stand alone I just assumed you were getting the one that mounts in the battery location. However, don't get me wrong, the one you have looks very good sitting where it it. I had just forgotten about Dave have those that mount on the driver side. Anyway, keep plugging away at it and get it to the track as soon as you can.
On a side note. You haven't worn out your welcome yet, lol. Although I am getting antsy for some results after all the talking, such as seeing the car down the track, lol.

Shameless plug for my freinds at NX and Nitro Dave's Nitrous Outlet!

The fuel pressure guage is more for dyno runs and i'll watch it before each run. I am running a FPSS that will show in the next photo for protection. I do moniter my main fuel pressure guage in the cockpit.

There is a great deal of wiring...notto mention 2 miles of loom...everthing is weather pack connected in order to disassemble in modules. Even the purge line has a connection...i'm redoin the purge line with stainless steel...until that brake line from NAPA gets a cover too!! The only service issue is the AC line... either solenoids have to be removed or i left lot of room to get to the bolt holding the evap cannister (is that what it's called?). Dip stick is no more difficult that stock to get to.
Okay --- Dyno is thursday I believe!! As good as I am with wiring I sure appreciate all the threads with the pegs to help keep me straight Time for a beer!

3/4 of a gallon will at last the bottle. you only need a 1/2 lb. of fuel per hour per HP.
gallon of race gas c-16 is 6.75lbs. Now if you are spaying 100 hp for and hour. you would use 50lbs of gas or 7.4 gallons of c-16. now for 10seconds it will only be .1388 lbs of fuel. that roughly 36 passes. Now you should never fill a gas tank to the top so there will not be 3/4 of a gallon, and you should hever run a tank dry. But you can see you can get a lot of passes out of that tank.... Now you should check between races just to make sure there was not a leak or anything.

Even with the look trying to hide it it could all be bundled up a little better in fewer looms. Looks kinda ricey, IMO

Looking GOOD!!!!
