Solenoid "ON" status LED
with the plan to put arm/opener, enable, and solenoids
status lights into my dash bezel. Simple enough. You
probably want to add a good snubber diode to the coils
though, because I don't think LEDs like reverse breakdown
much. A cheapo 12V bulb would be a tad simpler, cheaper,
tougher; find them in colored lens assemblies at any
AutoZone type store.

the LED - Pin30 leg to limit current, value based on
running about half the rated LED forward current.

I really like having the idiot light for solenoid power escpesially when running a FPSS. I can save lots of time when de-bugging.
